The I noticed I have spent a little time with the NPC Demetra as it is the only place I know to look at and read the spell skills.

Here random_comment seems to be on a very short timer, like 15 seconds.

Can you expand this a little, it is annoying.

Maybe she can state some random facts, or explain a spell, stat or other useful game information...
