suggestion - recruit NPCs... - Forum

was just thinking, it would be cool to be able to recruit an NPC like Valeria, later in the game, that you could kit out with gear, for some endgame dungeon crawling. That's a feature I really liked about Diablo 3!

In any case, the game is shaping up really nicely! Looks awesome and feels really well made - really great work! Cheers!

we should get pets and mercenaries to hire.
That was the plan during kickstarter... (pets will come on release, but i have no new info about companions....)

Mercenaries will not be available at the release, clearly, but that's something that we keep in mind for later. You will have some companions during the adventure though, like Valeria and Edric at some point during Act I.
