We need somekind of matchmaking. A lot of players has no friend. And they have no interesting to search outside (reddit / discord / etc ) mainly elder person they like to open game and to play and to have a good social interaction.

It would be nice a chat room on character load screen. It could work like the old IRC (internet relay chat) it's the lightest chat software to run without to lag the game. There we could create chats channels (for clans, groups, friends, and to add users to friend.

BE SMARTER THAN ALL OTHER GAME WOLCEN STUDIO, USE IRC ENBODIED ON GAME CHARACTER SCREEN - IT WILL BE ZERO LAG, AND VERY EASY TO DO. All players will join by default to #Wolcen room. Research it - a very medium pc and low server traffic you could use to hold this server with no problem.
