Hey mi friend, first I played a Test Charakter to Level 10 and have same Problem with Wut into Willpower with my Battlemage.
My 2nd Charakter found a Legendary Katalysator on a Shrine on first map, and also a Belt with Resource Transdendenz.

It working wonderful. now. There are Meleeskils who creating a big amount of Will and Magic Spells who give you many Wut back.
If you find the right coordination you can handle your transfer better.
You should use minimum One Portion with +350 Will, to get back in Normal Start Modus faster.

Hammerattack gives you much Will back,
Things like Flashspells and Frotaura do many Damage and bring u into Wut.
You also can do a the Jumpattack Skill to stay longer in Wut Modus.

Configurate your Active Skils to find the best Way for longer battles.

The Legendary Katalysator i found at the beginning just hatve 53% Tanstendenz Resource Transfer, but working nice.

Get more skilled to manage your Skill within your resources well.

A lot of the gear has the chance to roll +(%) Willpower Regeneration. The issue with willpower regenerating faster is skills that use Rage will automatically be nerfed and make those character types a lot less viable. I do agree though that the potions need more to them, 400 willpower and rage just isn't good enough, nor is 2000 life. Since my build uses rage I am not sure if mage type weapons can roll a reduction to the rage timer (the time you hold rage before regenerating willpower). You could also try having a dump skill that costs rage to help regenerate your willpower too. They should possibly add a couple of other methods of regenerating willpower before increasing its base regen speed to avoid nerfing rage builds.
