Try Anomaly/Tear of Erethiel/Infinity blade/Wrath of Baaphet/Light-Bringer .
Bladestorm instead of Wrath of Baaphet if you like to spin.
You can work with Wings of Ishmir if you don't like Light-Bringer.
Solar Fall is a good choice too.

As for the perks ... well it's kind of up to you really :/
If you go for something like occult ailments some nodes like Immortal Offerings, Power of the First Men,
Grievous Afflictions from the Cabalist are great.
Which Time Cannot Heal from Time Weaver and Occult Affliction from Abyssal Shaper.

Crit chance/damage from the Soldier and Merciless Lethality from the Assassin.

Stacking Curses/Weakness/Stasis to pump your damage.

As for defenses, if they fix force shield leech from Faith Leech you could go for a force shield build, otherwise stick to max health and some decent all res here and there.
