I can tell you a few suggestions for uniques to look out for. Veiled Eclipse legs - makes your shadow spells consume rage and allows you access to those even without a catalyst or staff, Genesis helm a great one for shadow and/or sacred users, Smile of the searing sun chest - converts all force shield into hp, the n there's Unique sorcerer shoulders that give x% force shield that give a HUGE boost to your total if you stack some more.

You would ideally use the shadow version of infinity blade and use the shadow versions of both thunderstrike and winter's grasp with the mod that gives bonus dmg for a few secs after being cast. Those two buffs would give your blades a great buff. Now since those are all shadow you may wanna get a willpower spender as I'm assuming you will be using a catalyst for full a mage setup. Annihilation is great as Aether with some pierce. You can also try the arctic spear modded for sacred.

For survivability - get bulwark of dawn. For the 5th skillbar slot you could get anomaly to group up enemies nicely or things like eclipse.

You probably noticed i only mention occult dmg types and this is what you will be trying to get on your armors and gear as preferably flat damages like +X-Y aether/sacred/shadow to spells. Next comes +X%occult damage - this gives you a better boost that +X%dmg bonuses IF you are focusing only on the occult ones. You'll also get a good bonus from +X% crit dmg, +X crit chance score, +X% crit chance score, +X Ferocity. Rage and willpower cost reduction + transfer time between wilpower and rage is great.

For double dmg you can get the (red nodes third ring) frenzied blow passive from child of fury and the node before it makes your willpower regen get turned into rage regen. You'll need rage and willpower increase and there are 3 nodes to get: one for +150 in scholar(first ring purple) and one for 200 with 2x100 next to it in Warlock (2nd ring purple). With that extra 550 willpower and rage you'll have that double damage happen more often. There's also Immortal Offering under Cabalist (2nd ring purple)

If you combine bulwark of dawn with some heavy armor for resistances and global/spell life leech you should have yourself a nice setup or if your get full force shield items and convet the force shield into hp for UBER HP. Those are pretty much the basic stuff as a foundation to build upon.

There's 40% crit chance score split into 12 12 18 18 in alastor (3rd ring), there's -30% dmg but +100% crit dmg in assassin (2nd ring), there's nice 60% crit score and 18% spell crit score in Soldier (first ring red), there's branded burst in exorcist that gives dmg reduction stacks (suggest reaching this by picking "Profane of Body" & "The weight and the Force" to avoid taking material dmg stuff but arcane dissolution is also nice for that 9% crit score.

You'll ideally use the unique catalyst that has no - transfer time reduction called Makfestern Enneract OR another great one for shadow/occult builds that has the reduction but also a ton of shadow dmg that is called Shaham-Shahar.

I can give you more suggestion if this is not enough.

At the moment I can not do much for this build as: 1- i don't have the items, 2 - the skills are super trash tier due to broken skill mods but that can get fixed soon.

Here's some tips: You can convert Thunderstrike and Winter's Grasp to shadow dmg and use the skill mods that give you a dmg buff each after casting those two spells for more shadow dmg bonus. That bonus is super nice and worth having. The only problem I found is both IB and SF have broken skill mods and don't do nearly as much dmg as they should. Using heavy armor is also the only way to do endgame without getting insta-gibbed. A few bruiser pieces with high resists every now and then also helps but it's hard to get good rolls for flat resists + % resists on those sometimes. Atm its best to wait for fixes and rebalancing of those skills. In the beta SF could do great dmg compared to other skills like bleeding edge for example. Now it's super trash tier.Infinity blades could be great once the node fro dmg based on how many ailment stacks an enemy has is fixed. With the Veiled Eclipse legs you can try using the Shimmering Shadows shield for flat shadow dmg to attacks btw for more dmg for SF. Champions in the end-game have between 200 and 900 mil hp. Good luck getting that much hp down with infinity blades or slayer's flurry before things get fixed :(
