With both CD modifiers i still have 6 sec. cd on a lvl 73 WG....so "my dude" i dont know how you spam it tho after the flash nerf

i got winters grasp to 2.7 cd im pretty sure i can get it to 0.5 or lower. and poe nerfs are way worst then this game if ggg dont like a skill they nerf it to the point you cant use it hell just look at winters orb and rightches fire
