New player here, for endgame higher difficulties will be necessary to have a dedicated tank or a healer support? or it's just diablo like where everyone's a DPS?

diablo like? lol you clearly never passed 120 rift in groups, a good group for high rift have a support barb and a support monk, a pack killer and a rat lmao
