For instance. I am trying to use Arctic spear and I have seen builds where they spec up to 3 modifier points into a modifier that changes its damage/ailment type. HOW.

For instance, I have Beauty of Hope modifier selected for Arctic Spear, it shows a 0 for points gone into it but it does change my Arctic Spear from Frost to Sacred damage. AND thats with 10 points used in other modifiers.

I have even tried to set it up so I have 3 useable mod points available and I still can't MAKE IT display that 3 or ANY points are in Beauty of Hope.

How do I put 3 modifier points into say Arctic Spear(Beauty of Hope) to get the stacking effect or has that been removed from the game?
