Is there a good thread or website with datamined values for all the "hidden" bonuses?

I find it a bit ridiculous to have the decision of spending 100.000 Gold for a building which gives "a permanent Gold-Find boost". So 1% more Gold.. or 300%.. or maybe it just gives me 1 more Gold every time any Gold drops???
