I am a casual gamer and I am completely lost with Gates of Fate. How in the world can I get a viable build without knowing and understanding every node and how it works with my gear and my abilities? I spent four hours researching sorcerer builds and found nothing that really works with the spells i like or the gear I have.

I simply looked for gear with attributes like wisdom, crit, forceshield, and put all my points in wisdom and I am getting one shot and and do really crappy damage in end game. Takes me at least 30 minutes to clear one level of an expedition and sometimes I just fail. I think this is due to not knowing what gear to look for or where to put my points in the gate of fate.
