I just realized with a test that the attack critical chance decreases with level.
The attack critical chance score does not, but the percentage does.
Looks weird to me.
I suppose it is a kind of dynamic soft cap trick, but is there any official explanation about this??

this is true for any kind of chance it seems (ailment, crit etc) and thats the reason why only full toughness is really useful imo...
