I've heard that some people have incorporated Static Transferal into their builds and it is working fine, however when I try to use it with "Anvil's Woe" it does not work. Is the skill bugged or is that an incompatible skill to use? (As the tooltip does not mention a limitation on which skills it affects.) (I would've checked myself, but I have specced out of it so I can put my points into nodes that work with my skill.)
