What does Force Move do?
What is Primordial Essence, and how does this effect gameplay?
What is the small marker signifyiny 0.1 on the lower right of the interface?

TYPICALLY: Force Move makes it so even if you click an enemy, you'll instead move. Force Attack is the opposite- You'll attack where you click, regardless.
No clue on the other two questions. Can't log in ATM so forgot which material is called Primordial Essence, and unsure what marker you mean.

Primordial Essence will be explained once you unlock the Apocalyptic Forms, it does nothing until then.
I don't have a "small 0.1" on the bottom right of my interface.

I don't have a small 0.1 anywhere to my knowledge. Take a screenshot of it if you want help figuring out what it is, because I have no idea what it is you're talking about.
