I am level 31 and have over 6400 force shield, I have the nodes for spell leech, prevent periodic damage from bypassing force shield, and double force shield while having life at 5% of force shield.

I have gotten one shotted by some monsters while still having 3/4 of the force shield bar when I die, when I enter combat and start channeling annihilation my force shield will disappear and start to fill up and as I am channeling.

I am leeching but force shield is not coming back.

Are these bugs or am I missing some mechanics?
