Will it be possible to make a healing support build in this game for group play?

yes there already more then enhough skills with their attributes that can buff attack speed, movement speed, heal allies, remove ailment or even add damage to allies attack
most of these support builds are tanky hybrid people wich also have stun and they also create a ton of hp orbs, drawing hordes of monsters on them.
But you can be ranged healer support but dont expect to be very good at it, since you will also be focused on cc or ranged damage or you will be completly useless
