So this question is more or less specifically because i want to attempt the no deaths achievements.
I'm curious about the second wind mechanic and how the tokens reset?
Is it based on game session, by act?
I saw somewhere on steam in would reset by returning to town (this was not the case).

I am just curious what effects the reset. I noticed on the end game maps that it resets between each instance but I do not understand what the reset mechanic is for story?
