How many passive points do we have at a give… - Forum

For example if I'm level 75 do I have 75 passive skill points to spend, or one less because we don't start off with a point at level 1?

As far as I know 74. But you can get one point when rebuilding the city so in the end it's 90

91, you get 2 points for the upgrade as opposed to the description

Yep. 89 through leveling, and 2 from the town upgrade (just the one upgrade, the stated 1 point gain is a typo).

Ok thank you all. I hadn't spent a passive point when i levelled up prior to resetting my passive tree so I was wondering if I stumbled into a bug.

Wow 2 extra points now makes that Stormfall upgrade seem worth it. Good to know. :)
