Do certain legendaries only drop at certain Expedition levels? I seem to be getting the exact same 8 or 9 uniques. I didn't think that there were others until I saw a list...and there's quite a few more. Do I need to farm higher tier Expeditions to get those items? Or Am I just unlucky in really weird ways? or are certain legs just rarer drops then others?

Examples of the ones I'm looking for are Veiled Eclipse, Frayed Combat Cleats, Envoy of War. Haven't got any of these yet, but I have 3 or 4 of stuff like Zephyron, Edgy, Ivakin's Obsession.

Oh, and just for reference, Playing offline, That shouldn't affect it, but just in case...
