Do I need to have friends on my friend list in order to play with other players? Is there any other way to team up with other players?

i guess not .... this "matchmaking" matching exactly nothing .... coop playing not existing for ppl who dont have friends ... there is no way to organize or meat anyone inside the game ...... terrible
