Anyone having any luck with this? I heard they were doing refunds for people regardless of hours played.

Steam keeps denying my request because I some how have 7 hours playtime. Im assuming I left the game up while at work during early access or something. Have not played the game since it launched because of the server issues, Bugs, Etc. And I refuse to.
