Some questions about Wolcen

I just purchased this game and at the whole find it enjoyable. But I have some questions about it:
1) If I build a tree in the Gates of Fate to the most distant big node , then rotate a section so that the tree line is broken will I still get the bonuses from that big distant node? Or I need to keep the link to it from my 'base' position?
2) What does that small round icon to the left of the Health globe do? It is toggleable .
3) Is there a possibility to rotate the camera?
4) Why sometimes attribute numbers turn green when I add points to them? I don't quite get the mechanics behind that. If for example I play a mage should I invest in Wisdom mostly (or all?) of my points?
5) Why Demetra doesn't show the stats of the skills she is selling? I don't see the damage , mana required, cooldowns etc. I have to buy a pig in a poke :D
6) What is the purpose of catalysts? Is it for mage-melee hybrid builds ? or pistol+catalyst? No 1hand wands in Walcen as far as I know

1) Skill points must be connected to the center to be active. If you rotate and they are no longer linked, they become inactive.
2) That button toggles on the auto-dash mechanic - used for melee to automatically dash into melee range and hit the target, short cooldown.
3) Can't rotate the camera.
4) Numbers green is increasing from what you had before. Sometimes small display bug where it turns red in error. Stats are based on what kind of build you want to make. Ferocity = attack/spell crit, toughness = health, agility = attack/spell speed, wisdom = status ailments. If you wanted to focus on crit spells then you would prioritize ferocity as a mage.
5) Design choice I guess. Don't stress it too much, you'll eventually find all the skills and try them out. Make sure you go into the side areas for more chances at getting skill drops.
6) Catalysts enable hybrid caster/attack builds which largely ignore basic attacks. Cast spells to generate rage, then use attacks to convert back into wisdom. Enables a lot more skill combinations. Various uniques enable spells or skills to bypass the catalyst requirement.
