I got the waypoint in act 2 vault of hope. On the map it shows up as the circle node icon instead of the normal waypoint icon. I can use the waypoint to port to town or any other waypoint but i can't use other waypoints to port TO the Vault of hope.

Yea I ran there for the 3rd time before realizing it wasnt a temporary glitch. Whereas I like grinding, I dont want to grind to that spot again.
