Hi,

I have 2 characters since I have a friend who cannot play as often so I am leveling one with him. Well...I can't load the character that I made to play with him. I am in act 1 @ "The Unknown" quest.. When I press "play" the game appears to start loading, then I get to a black screen and I see the in game cursor but the screen just stays black with nothing else happening. Let it sit here for a long time but nothing happens. I can play my higher level character just fine. Is there any fixes identified for this issue?
