Characters/stashes/city building missing: If you're having any of these issues Online, please relaunch the game or relog your character until the issue is fixed. The data exists, but it's not returned by the database and it might require several attempts before it comes back.

Yeah just keep relogging. I've been relogging for 40 minutes and still cant get online. Once you're in, you dont want to have to log out and try all over again for the next couple hours.
