Force Shield doesn't prevent all damage ...

This have happened a few times now to the point that I should bring your attention to this bug.

I have noticed this more times on bosses fights, maybe because of the high damage they do, so I can see that I die and still have all of my Force Shield or most of it up.
I'm using the warlock Talents: Faith Leech (gives Life Leech to Force Shield) and Resilience to Corruption (damage-over-time is dealt to force shield BEFORE Health).
Resilience to corruption Should prevent me to die with Force Shield still up.

  • Boss with some Frost damage circles in the ground was dealing damage straight to health and not Force shield.
  • This other boss that Spits some poison, his charge abillity also went straight to HP ignoring Force shield.

not 100% sure what force shield prevents and what it doesnt, other than bleed and poison dmg bypasses force shield, although theres a node on the tree that makes DoTs dont bypass force shield. Ailments are dots, so if you're stood in a frost circle then you have the freeze ailment, and will take the tick dmg only directly.

I am using pure Force Shield as well, but without "Resilience to Corruption". But yeah, this thing is super buggy. Just keep an eye on your Health and use HP-Pots :/

The passive that I'm using says damage-over-time on force shield before health, doesn't specify if its only poison and bleeds.

Also this boss charged at me and killed me while i still had my force shield.

In general, just dont use this passive skill. Because all DoT-DMG will block your ForceShield Regen. This makes no sense in my opinion at all. Just use HP-Pots instead and keep your Health at least above 15k.
