After a certain level you can only find right side gloves and shoulder armor.
Ive noticed this the 1st time i played the early access aswell.
Just realized its the same piece of equipment for both slots.
Really counter-intuitive.

There are no right or left/right side for gloves and shoulders, you can equip them wherever you want.

I think people see right side only, because most of the artwork on the models are facing right.
