loss of characters
hello,
THe game crashed and i lose my character, how to retrieve it ?

You can't retrieve it. Look at your event manager what caused the crash and from there try to troubleshoot.

There is an issue-bug that cause some players ( for some the offline mode works corectly,i have no idea why ) to lose complety the character (progression reset bug they call it) when they exit the game..I do have such a problem too...Unfortunately you can't retrieve the character.We are still waiting for a patch that will fix this issue.

I don't think there is an issue there. What I suspect is that people are modifying the file, they don't know what they are doing and then complaining that the character get lost everytime they log out. I am playing offline now and didn't have any issue, that's because I am not modifying any file.

It is a bug. I have not modified any files. Since yesterday when I create a character disappears when the game is restarted.

You're suspecting wrong. Didn't even know where the file was until my character got deleted.

Well I don't have that issue. I am playing my offline character, nothing got deleted. Again check your event logs.
