Playing with a friend and 2 out of 3 times we have had the same issue!

yea, since the patch I load in and it takes forever for my minions to spawn in.. I go through half the dungeon with no monsters to kill. It feels like the area is still "loading"... not sure if it was the 1.0.5-.6 or the hotfix but this needs to be patched way before next week.

Same here too. Happened a lot with me in the last couple days, playing solo or with my brother.

I just got this too, seems a recent issue to me.
It's like there were not monsters spawning initially on the map, I'd seen 1/5th of the map before any spawned.

You enter in the stage and all the beginning of the stage is empty, not any mobs. After at long part of stage you finally find monsters but you don't have enough to pop the boss.

I play solo (online) and I have the same problem... Not enough monster to spawn boss, randomly on stage 1,2,3... This happens on average second pass. Do something with that, quickly I don't wanna be always step back behind top players. You destroy best builds and now it's problem to achieve 90 level...

I think this is a Online-only problem. I have an offline level 54 character that never had this problem. I'm levelling up an online one with a friend and already stumble on this 3 times since we got to Endgame on Thursday.
As with everyone, the beginning of the level is totally empty and enemies start showing up ~mid map only. It's the kind of thing that makes me want to give up : /
