Same issue. This is stagnating the entirety of the game progression, seeing that the other mode is still locked even in act 3.

made monolith and took wp, dcd and wp was gone
cant re enter the the monolith again
tested pretty much everything.

This is happening to me as well. Same quest, same step.
Tried restarting, going to further back waypoints, etc. No luck

Same here, even got to Upper Halls and crashed, logged in again no WP's are saved and cant enter the Monolith.. Anyone of you got it sorted out yet?
Tried to reclear from two WP's back and level up etc.. Still dosent work

Same issue for me. Stuck at the monolith entrance. Tried everything including going back from multiple waypoints back, trying to die multiple times to reset things, etc. No go, completely stuck.

I finally got in. I was closing and reopening wolce 20+ times.
then I exited to menu and came back in and it worked on about my 35th try.
No joke.
Other people reported logging out or closing, i just logged out to character screen and it worked but like i said 35+_ tries over 4 hours.

After about 10-15 relogins (out to main menu and back) I can confirm that this works.

ok i found a quick fix for this bug that worked for me. i was playing the game in normal mode when i encountered this bug. All i did was switch to story mode and then i was able to enter the monolith after getting the next waypoint i went back to the menu and switched to normal mode.

Add my name to the list, about 10 logins tried so far... 3 different servers.. I did manage to get one of my stash tabs back I lost, but it wrote over the new items I had put in there, doh!

Same issue, noticed i had two instances of my own character bugged out in the boss room just before. Also got some dialogue from that boss fight every time i log in
