Oshara Boss Encounter Bug

On the Mission "Ashfall" on the third and I presumble final encounter with Oshara there seems to be some sort of attack being performed but no visual of an attack. My character will be running around and then just instantly die. No red circles on the ground or anything to indicatr an attack of any kind. Just go from 100 to zero real fast. Don't know if the attack isn't visible or some reason or is this a server issue?

Got the same issue, I can hear the attacks happening but cant se it.

I have been stuck on this mission for a very long time. I also can hear something going on, but cannot distinguish it from Oshara's local attacks. Even her direct hits don't kill me immediately. Please look into this bug or glitch. I can't go any further in the game!!!

Incredible to be stuck in the game because of that kind of bug, wtf dev' are doing?
