Cannot progress the questline wont update im in helmsire and cannot access the next area when i return to main menu and log back in the teleport shrin is gone tried it again same issue has anyone else got a solution for this ?

Same here, walked the entire map and can't go through the gate at the end. Exit game and came back in, still can't.

today same issue cant reach helmshire . restarted game 2 times same issue . try to clear everything and wont progress any further

teleport back to stormfall, use the waypoint and fast travel to helmshire, exit to the previous area, and go back to helmshire again. the quest will start again and you should be good =)
