Stormfall Shipyard not giving missions

I just finished the Stormfall Shipyard and it is only showing the "Renovate Shipyard" project but attempting to start it says it is already completed.

Attempted fixes:
-Changing Characters
-Making a new character
-Running additional expeditions
-Restarting Game
-Reinstalling Game and trying the above steps again

None of it has fixed the issue so I can't do any ship missions. I welcome any other suggested fixes.

Dude, I did not even knew there was supposed to be mission on this Shipyard. I ever tought it only made available missions for others such as Assembly or Explorers.
So, I guess... +1 for the bug, same here? xD

Maybe its not supposed to, I figured its supposed to give missions like Assembly or Explorers so perhaps I'm wrong and this isn't a bug.
