The 3 armor skins are still missing for me, i started to play the second day after the release and i obtained them but they disappeared, the same thing for the mage armor skins.

Same for me. I unlocked the Armor skins day 1 and they are still missing with no way to re-unlock them. So either they find a way to fix it or the really cool Bloodtrail cosmetic skins are gone with no way to get them back.

If you are talking about the skins sets "Brekka" and "Anorn", you can get they on legacy. It work for me.

It only works if you didn't open skins menu in Legacy before they fixed the bug that makes them go away, otherwise the skins are still gone. While they fixed the bug that makes the skins disappear, they did not fix a way to bring the missing skins back and you cannot re-unlock them.
