Toxic Emanations stops working on area change
Toxic Emanations stops working whenever you switch areas throughout the map, no longer causing enemies to get poison stacks

Yes, i also bug reported this last night.
You can temporarily fix it by rotating the outermost wheel and immediately bring it back in place.
It will only fix it until you zone/fast travel again. Not ideal, but until they can get to fixing it, it works.
