honestly this was an isseu before thursday as well.

Often when surrouned with loads of mobs ( ijust to collect all minions and then kill them all at once i was still rage starved.
Even though i have passives that and stats on gear that say rage on hit, it just doesnt work.

It slows the game down massivle which is no fun

I think i know why this problem happens.
Basically the servers are toasters, they are bad af and can´t handle the load properly. So when you start spamming rage usage/generation, the server can´t keep up at a certain point and then this weird behavior starts, where willpower and rage conversion seems to be bugged for you, but its just not getting ANY or very little information back from the server about it, you see that ur rage transfer works properly after the fight, where you do nothing. In this time the server can finish his tasks from b4 which he couldn´t keep up with.
Spamming 1-2 rage pots will delete that problem aswell since ur client forces an update on that Bar.
So basically, you are "too fast" spamming ur buttons (rage gen/usage) for the server. If you would lower ur speed i bet you won´t see this behavior as i never encountered it b4.
I´m playing a havoc orb for example, using the shout and wings of ishmir sometimes to regen rage or as a movement skill. Since i never have to spam so much, i don´t get this issue.
Try out to go slowly and tell me pls, im actually rly curious about this.

Btw i feel you about playing forum lol, Bashing devs is the funnier game atm.
