I noticed this as well. I believe the 120 it's claiming is when you have 3 bars of the regen - Such as using your restore weapon. The generic singular tick you have is nowhere near the advertised number. It being so slow without using a basic attack is one of the main reasons dual-classes won't be very good for a while.

So I solved our concern, but also wanted to answer your Q.

The Reset it shows in your stat sheet is the exact regen your Auto Attack says. it isn't your native, walking around regen (1 bar).

When you cast a spell you'll see Rage go to '3 bars' indicating a drain. Then it empties and Willpower gains '1 bar'. I don't know what Wolcen calls it, other games with the mechanic call it Concentration.

In the end, as I said - It appears 'Willpower Regen' is what you get when you Basic Attack.

Ahh. So it's more an issue with the UI being unclear compared to an actual bug. I'll accept that.

Still feels bad having such poor native regeneration, but oh well.

doesnt help that we dont have a 1-handed willpower weapon. so its either staff, or using rage skills with a weapon to "kinda" have will power for an spell.

It's not being unclear, they just have the two values incorrectly swapped in the character details; your "willpower regeneration" is actually your willpower on hit stat and has nothing whatsoever to do with passive regen, meanwhile your actual passive regen is located at the bottom of the details page as "willpower on hit" and has nothing whatsoever to do with how much willpower you get when attacking.
