It took the first 16 characters of my 17 character steam nick and appended it with a dot and a 4 digit number. Now it can't be changed.
I'm sure the person responsible for this was fired, as this is unacceptable in any professional software development environment. Thus, I'm not mad.
However, I'd still like to ask you to change it to match my forum name. Please.

At this point just generating random numbers would've been the better choice. We'd be 285965025 and 439357287, which is like phone numbers.
