Hey everyone. posted a few days ago, i have an fx6300, and am always freezing. found a post that suggested turning on vsync in game and i froze twice this time but have been fine since. hope this helps some of you

yeah i realized it only helped the initial time. back to being unplayable

Same here fx 8150... So frustrating.

After some testing, this worked for me (not perfect but very playable)
1º Launch the game
2º Open the task manager, in the details tab right click on the wolcen ´s icon and set priority to high (u have to do this always when game launch) and disable your anti virus
3º Choose windowed mode and set a resolution lower than 1920 x 1080 (i choose 1600 x 900) and lower global graphics AND DISABLE VSYNC
4º CAP your FPS to 30

Its not perfect but runs very well, cpu running between 38 and 45%, only had some freezes on dialogues.

Fx 8350, win 10 64b, 16gb ram, Radeon R9 390x

This does not work for me and I am running the same specs besides using a 1060 over your R9 390

Same issues here :(
Game freezes for about 30sec-1 minute every 5-10 minutes.
Tried all possible settings, nothing makes it better.

the same was for me and frustrated to the game i moved it on my external normal hdd to test sporadically after updates.. I noticed that it runs smoothly .. happy i put it back on the ssd but again every 3 steps freezing for ages .. thought about why.. what have i changed? yeah, i moved it to the hdd, so back again to the hdd and just played with a friend some hours.. smooth! yeah long loading, but smooth :)

Same issue here, I can't play anymore in solo mode, because every time the game freeze I got disconnected and restart the chapter ll. I can only play if it is with a friend, the game freeze I got disconnected but I can rejoin the game

I also have a AMD FX-8320 but I think it's more about SSD.
I changed from WIN7 to WIN10 and bought SSD instead of classic HD and since that moment the game is always freezing.
Someone esles mentionned that and since he reinstalled the game on his HDD it was working fine.
So is it a combination of AMD FX and SSD? or only SSD? I don't know.
Anyway that sucks...as I switched everything on SDD for better performance and now I have this issue

In the meantime I've uninstalled the game

six months passes and the issue still happend. It's irritating and frustrating.
