Allow us to choose servers?? Network change not working(both public and private)

The ping detection/automatic region detection is not very good. I am from Mauritius with 70 ping to Singapore and 390 ping to Sydney but I am always being loaded on Sydney(the two times i've been able to get in), even if i choose Singapore in network settings. That goes for public or private modes.

I guess i am geographically closer to Australia but isn't ping more important? Also why give us the option for a preferred server if we are going to end up on whatever your system chooses anyway?

It doesn't seem to allow you to choose your server at the moment, so what I do is use ExpressVPN to set my location to connect to a faster/closer server. Gives me a moderate reduction in ping. Hope it helps, but I also hope they fix it soon.

WHat do you mean? You can choose network in Network settings since Release
