If it's during very beginning of the game, I had the same problem. Fixed it by watching the entire beginning cinematic instead of skipping.

thx for response, it's a beginning and act1 first quest, but i cant finish any quest i play only 5 min and deconnection server. When a friend come with me no pb.

Same issue, getting disconnected every time after 2-4 min of playtime.
May it have something to do with database issues ? My dyes and storage disappeared

I tested with cinematic but after cinematic deconnection server, because cinematic duration approximatively the time i can play.

i tried to install on another PC, same problem. is not a problem of computer. its a problem server pr database.

Same here, not even possible to play more than 10 minutes, it bring me back to the main menu. + I lose everything inside my chest (3 unique weapon)

Yes, still unable to play online solo. Only works when I'm invited to play by a friend. Worst game breaking bug ever seen in 20 years, and no answer from devs...

Suffering the same issue here, playing on EU london server. I tried the ireland server too, Same problem.

Ive verified cache too. Been trying in administrator mode repeatedly and nothing. This is defo server side. I have reported it on the Discord too.

explication : i tried to play only with my 4G on my phone via USB modem, it seems that it worked because I was able to play 20min without disconnection.

Problem possible : FAI; routeur, DNS, port UDP ou TCP, I'm looking for the solution

edit : For me my FAI is Free and i have optical fiber

I solved the problem but it is very complicated for me.

I explain I am with fiber optics at FREE, and I had to ask for a full-stack V4 fixed IP address on my subscriber space because I could not open the ports required for the Wolcen game.

Once acquired after 30 minutes of waiting, I reboot my box.

and I opened the following ports:

Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem - Steam
TCP: 27015-27030,27036-27037
UDP: 4380.27000-27031.27036

PS: if you can open the ports it should work.

It worked for me too !
I only had to ask my internet provider to switch from a shared IPv6 to a full-stack fixed IPv4. I didn't needed to forward the ports.
