I wrote to them email, create topic on forum and send private message on facebook. No fck answer. 92h in-game gone, I dont want to create new character when I invest so much time in main,

Black screen too,
lev 63 character trying to create typical online game.
I don't know is it connected but it happend after spotting bugged monster that causes disconnect - Demon of Souls.

Now i can't play this character black screen after loading screen all the time.

Any answer please?

Got the same bug as you. I've send messages to support by many ways... It's been 10 days now.
For now, just reroll, ask someone to rush you lv 50-60 in high level expeditions, and try some new build =D

So why even try to play a new character?
