I'm having the same issues. It's getting to the point to where I'm going to have to consider getting a refund, as I'm quickly running through the two hour window trying to get this fixed. I've seen two year old posts about this same issue(more or less) and haven't seen any fixes yet.

I'm having the same problem today. Yesterday was fine, but can't move at all now with left click, right works as intended.

Yeah, I just requested a refund. Maybe I'll repurchase when the game actually works as advertised.

Same problem. Wrote on forums and in support. Support is silent. Also a character without a face and can’t move. It is strange that this problem is not for everyone but selectively

I started having this issue since the game crashed on me once, or rather it crashed my pc. I was able to fix it somehow by updating all my graphic drivers, directx, etc; but when the game crashed again a few days later the problem returned and doing this doesn't seem to help anymore. Pls help in fixing this somehow.

You may not even ask for help, support will not answer anyway. I sent 50+ letters and filled out a questionnaire on bugs ... Money for the game will not be returned and you will not be able to play.

My my, aren't you pessimistic. I'm not asking for a refund. My right to that is probably void since I have 40+ hours of gametime. I'm just trying to help fix this problem that quite a few people seem to have. To that end I asked my very tech knowledgeable friend who theorizes, that the game interacts strangely with either the graphic driver or directx and that the resulting problems are rooted in their registry, which means that reinstalling those doesn't help. I just lucked out the first time, because I hadn't updated those in so long, that basically everything got renewed and even the registry was reset. Or something like that.

Here is a little trick I discovered completely by chance: When I started Starcraft II yesterday, the game got stuck right before entering the main menu screen.
It bugged out my pc so much I had to restart it with ctrl+alt+del. After the restart everything worked fine again and the bug in wolcen was gone. My theory is that starcraft ran into the problem caused by wolcen in my drivers and bugged out trying to fix it, which then prompted windows to do some repairs while rebooting.
Note: I'm not affiliated with blizzard or starcraft in any way, but since it is a free to play game, trying this out is something you should consider, if updating your drivers alone doesn't work.
