Anyone know how to fix this? I cant join the game it wont let me play.I get a message witch tells me that a game could not be created!This is unacceptable..

will the character I create be on the online once it is available? because I dont want to invest my time in 2 different characters and play the same part

I just started getting this thirty minutes ago after an update was pushed.
Also no, offline characters do not appear to be avaliable for online play later based on my earlier testing.

When I am gonna be online in the future, will not I see my offline character?
When I started the game first time, I can not be online with steam and played much.
