I'd imagine others will likely have experienced this as well, and so I apologize for the repeated nature, but regardless I feel it's my duty to report my own case of this incident.

Having logged back in a short while ago, I've noticed that all my cosmetics and dyes are missing, bar the ones on my person from equipment and new items picked up during this play session. Similarly, my Personal Chest has reset to having no available space, meaning the gems within must be gone as well.

At the same time, the dying I did do on my gear has vanished, as well as the cosmetic appearance on my catalyst. The remaining pieces still remain the correct models, however, even if their appearances are no longer saved to my character.

I'm guessing this might be related to the database issues previously mentioned but I hope something might be done to restore some of this data, and if there is a particular set of steps to take as such, then please do let me know.
