same here.. but my friend is getting connected. only i am stuck on connecting

Okay, so me and my girlfriend found a solution. Close down game and steam completely and start steam as administrator.
I got in first, asked her to start steam normally, same issue - But after i got her to do the same, and got in immidiately

This actually worked. Shut down steam and Wolcen completely. Run steam as administrator and then lauch Wolcen from inside Steam.

Same issue here. Installed game, was able to login and create a character and played for 20 mins.

Came back a couple hours later, game loads and just says "Connecting..." The a authentication error.

Tried running as admin and got same results.

It may stand on connection for a minute or two, but give it a minute or two, and it should eventually come on. At least did for us. Tried it several times now without fail

I've tried running Steam as an Administrator and the error still occurs for me.

It finally let me in and now i am getting "Game Creation Failed" when trying to play...

Figured it out. Just VPN to a different region in the U.S. that works. Apparently Washington state area servers just suck.

Edit: Unless of course you don't live in the U.S., then I dunno, I never learned geography outisde the U.S., so just pick something near you I suppose.

I'm from Canada so I think it won't work for me..but then again, I'm honestly lazy to change my vpn to be able to play (or in this case, HOPING to be able to play). I just hope they fix it soon so everyone who bought the game can play in peace without facing these irritating connection problems..

Why wouldn't it work for you cause you're in Canada. I'm in U.S. and I just VPN'd into Vancouver and it worked XD But it only works once for some reason... You have to exit Steam. VPN to a region. Open Steam and play. Seems every subsequent run in the same region will fail until you VPN from a different region again. I'm just hopping back and forth from LA to Vancouver every time I wanna play.
