I "was" getting framerates of +70 on release, however, with the new hotfix my framerate tanks to sub 30 with it getting into the teens in some areas. I have the latest graphic drivers and run a GTX1080 beast.

Just an overview on the forums lately I've seen a lot of higher end sytems crippled by 1 thing. Nvidia.
I have less frame rate issues, but my card is pegged @ 100% and 80c (RX 480)

Damn, so I guess this is an Nvidia issue then? I hope they can get an update out, but at the same time, it was running smooth yesterday so I'm guessing there was a rollback in the game version for optimization somewhere.

No, its a studio issue, no reason for these cards to struggle like they do, especially yours.
