Hmm. For me it works :D I still can't minimize it. But it goes to the background if I want for example the browser over the game.

I also would like a fullscreen that can be easily minimized. Yes, I can pick Windowed instead of Fullscreen Windowed ... but prefer fullscreen.

You sure you tried Borderless Window instead of Windowed Fullscreen? And ofc restarted the game after changing? Otherwise I don't understand why your game should behave different to me. Or it's jsut another bug but tbh I think bugs don't explain everything.

I can assure you its a bug. Its just like the issue I am dealing with.
I cant even play offline due to mouse just going straight to top of screen.I was able to play during EA and a few mins after launch. But since launch night I have not been able to . I have uninstalled and reinstalled game 2 times already. I saw another person post yesterday saying his mouse goes to the right corner of screen so I am not the only one with this kind of issue.

Try to run the game using administrator rights, and then switch to Borderless Window, in case of the Windows bar stay above the game, press "Windows Key" to open the Start Menu and click in the game screen, it should go back to the game entirely.
If you are using a different scale in your monitor, try in the game executable testing forcing the DPI scale from application (steam path...)
Right-click wolcen.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility - set "Run as administrator"
In case of DPI scaling:
- Same tab "Compatibility", click "change high DPI settings" -> check the second box "Override high DPI scaling behavior" set "Application"
