Game not responding - Startup problem

Hello.

I've played a few hours the past days, with no problems (other than the server problems ofcourse).
But now, I can't even start the game.
When I start it, it keeps saying connecting (which I know it can't due to maintenance), but instead of failing to connect and going to offline mode, it just freezes and stops responding.

Does anyone else have this problem?

having the same issue, but for me i just bought the game and i never get passed the connecting screen

I had a similar issue where it was a firewall/security program that needed confirmation to allow the game to connect.

Okay, so this worked for me..

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
- Go there
- Download both vc_redist.x86.exe and vc_redist.x64.exe
- Install both
- Reboot
- Enjoy

Tried. Did help a little but did not solve the issue completley.
