Same boat, I wish my country had consumer protections in place, getting sick of being burnt by these gaming companies.

I tried to appeal for a refund but they wouldnt budge on the "over 2 hours" thing. Tried to explain that my save got reverted back to beginning and that didnt help either. I bought it for online, figured id try to stay positive and play the offline part, cant even do that now

same here... they say 2 hours, but what it really is is 2 minutes of play time and 1:58 of dealing with crashes, freezing, content resetting. We really need a good definition of "playing" as this game does not offer such a thing.

This is really a shame, for the few seconds the game works it seems promising, but what a **** show...

Don't worry guys, when these issues are resolved you will enjoy the game without the crashes, freezing, content resetting, etc. I know it sucks spending some money and not getting what you wanted right off the bat, but we all bought it for a reason, don't let technical difficulties ruin it for the long haul.

I am a bit skeptical currently. We've had 2 patches (1020/1030) recently that have zero information included with them and seem to have made an even bigger mess than the last patch. That being said it's very obvious that they do not test anything, they just hack in code and hope like hell it works,

I hear ya, Wolcen Studio is not off to a good game launch and a lot of people are upset with that. I for one don't particularly enjoy spending my weekend troubleshooting to figure out if I need to make changes to my PC of if these issues are 100% their product.

But, hear me out... It's fair to assume that an estimated 60-90 thousand players have already purchased the game. The funds they've received from those sales will go a long way to help this small indie team get things fixed. Sure, it would have been nice to have it all working on day 1, but since it's not I'm ok with knowing that my $40 bucks went towards support to resolve these issues. The game looks and feels great to play, sure I've only played the 3 archetypes to level 10, but I do see a ton of potential; which I'm sure all of you do as well.

Winston Churchill said it best "Success is stumbling from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm.” - We are still seeing a lot of passion, drive, and enthusiasm from this team to resolve these issues as fast as possible; let's give them some time to do just that.

I am thinking that is why they released it like this to begin with, the funds were running dry and pay day was around the corner.

I hope they can pull a 180 on this, I just have a feeling that 2021 is going to be a re-release.

Yeah, that's possible, but I'm okay with that. If they need a little push; lets all help them over that finish line. In the end it will be worth it for us, if they fail, we lose out on a "potentially" awesome game.
